Once you sign up for quarter 3 you will receive an email detailing how we will work together and learn more about our menstrual cycle from when we get our first period right through to the last period and beyond. Each month we will go live together in the FB group, In month 1 we will go look at the beginning of our cycle, how to understand our cycle more and how to help our loved ones in their cycle journey. In month 2 we will learn about perimenopause, how to support and prepare our bodies through this season of life. Month 3 is all about menopause and post-menopause, what to expect and how to manage our hormones through this time. Each month I will also share nutrition and training tips to help guide you in each season of life. Once you've completed the workouts in Month 1, repeat the program you created for Months 2 & 3.
